Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT is a tax on consumer expenditure and is ultimately paid by the final customer.
Most business transactions involve the supply of goods or services and VAT is payable if they are made:
a) In Namibia
b) By a VAT Registered vend or
c) In the course or furtherance of business and are not specifically exempted or zero-rated VAT is collected by RECEIVER OF REVENUE and is normally payable every two months.

Annual Financial Statements
Annual financial statements are financial reports based on a 12-month consecutive time period. The most common set of financials are based on the calendar year, but they can also be based on a company’s fiscal year.
